Konchu is a Japanese curry canteen where culinary masterminds blend a love for Japanese gastronomy with Belgian quirks, all in a delicious spicy sauce. Housed in a listed heritage building built by Belgian Art Nouveau architect Ernest Blerot.

Konchu approached Plusminus Studio to bring their vision to life, forming a distinct brand identity that is both playful and elegant. Based on the illustrations done by Eleonora Fumini, we created a custom typeface that was used for headlines as well as the logotype.

Together with Ambroise Bellec we designed and developed a website that would house all the information needed for any curious guest.

The beautiful interior of the restaurant was designed and brought to life by the interior designer and architect Thibault Villez @thibault.villez and captured on camera by @save_as_studio
